Role Overview

Your mission:

Identify high-potential protocol teams both established and emerging and book discovery calls with our Account Executive team.

• Source & onboard protocol leaders (priority weight: 10)
• Build outreach strategy, refine messaging, and manage leads in CRM (5)
• Own your drive & priorities stay adaptive and ambitious to help the firm succeed (5)
• Support brand growth through event coordination, social media, and marketing when relevant (1)

• Talent for connecting with decision-makers at top-tier protocol teams

• Basic understanding of DeFi, auditing, or smart contracts
• Familiarity with Solidity and/or Python
• Insight into smart contract security principles
