Benefits:

Appropriate Salary Package of AED 4,000 to be provided as an entry level job (non-negotiable)

Health Insurance and Visa are provided

Accommodation and Transportation are not provided and allowance is part of the Salary Package. Petrol allowance will be paid if you are using your vehicle.

Fresh GraduateJunior Real Estate Handover Civil Engineers & Administrators are required for Handover Services of Villas and Apartments to customers on behalf of a major Property Developer.

Must be in Dubai and able to commence work immediately

Must accept a 3 months notice period if they wish to resign the position

Responsibilities:

Maintain professional outlook at all times in handling the client and end users

Manage the handover process of properties to end users

Communicate effectively with Developer Team and Contractors to achieve a smooth handover

Ensure that customers are satisfied during the handover process

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Degree must be attested.

Work Experience is not required as full training will be provided

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Working knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Excellent Communication skills in Arabic/English
