Job Summary:
The Dry-Cleaning Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a dry-cleaning facility. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of garment care, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Managing and training staff
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining quality standards
- Overseeing garment processes, ensuring quality cleaning and timely delivery
- Improving operational efficiency
- Fostering a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
Additionally, the role involves handling budgets, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing laundry or dry-cleaning operations
- Proficiency in staff management, training, and development
- Abilities in budget management, inventory control, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Experience in the hospitality or facilities management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Skills:
- Certification or training in textile care or dry-cleaning processes
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Understanding of environmental and safety standards in the industry
- Sales or business development experience is a plus
- Fluency in English with any other language knowledge a plus
