Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Group is expanding, and we're looking for a high-impact Head of Marketing to lead the marketing vision for our growing real estate portfolio in Dubai.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 6+ years of marketing experience with real estate developer companies in Dubai
Proven experience in project launches and off-plan marketing campaigns
Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing
Experience managing agencies, branding, PR, and marketing budgets
Strategic mindset with strong leadership and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's real estate development goals.
- Lead brand positioning for all projects (off-plan & ready properties).
- Define go-to-market strategies for new project launches.
- Project Marketing & Launches
- Plan and manage full-cycle marketing for property launches (pre-launch, launch, post-launch).
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Development teams to ensure successful project positioning and sell-through.
- Oversee creation of project branding, brochures, masterplans, and sales center experience.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Drive performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, portals like Property Finder & Bayut).
- Optimize lead generation funnels and cost per lead (CPL).
- Manage website, landing pages, SEO/SEM, and online presence.
- CRM & Customer Journey
- Work closely with CRM team to ensure proper lead management, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior and improve the full buyer journey from lead to closure.
- Brand Management
- Build and maintain a strong corporate and project brand identity.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Budgeting & ROI Management
- Manage marketing budgets across multiple projects.
- Track ROI, campaign performance, and sales attribution.
- Optimize spending to maximize revenue generation.
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage external agencies (creative, digital, media, PR).
- Ensure high-quality deliverables within timelines and budgets.
- Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing insights.
- Identify market trends and buyer behavior in Dubai real estate.
- Events & Activations
- Plan and execute property launch events, exhibitions, and investor roadshows.
- Manage on-ground activations and international marketing campaigns.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the marketing team (digital, content, design, CRM coordination).
- Set KPIs and performance targets for the department.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 610 years of marketing experience in real estate developers in Dubai (MANDATORY)
- Strong experience in off-plan project marketing & launches
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales-driven campaigns
- Experience with CRM systems (Odoo, Salesforce, Bitrix, etc.)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
