Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines for offshore projects from concept to execution.
- Review and integrate engineering deliverables ensuring compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Interface with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, engineering schedules, deliverables, and technical risks.
- Provide technical leadership during design reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, constructability reviews, and technical meetings.
- Review technical documents, drawings, and design changes to ensure alignment with project scope.
- Support procurement activities including technical bid evaluations and vendor document reviews.
- Provide engineering support during fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure all engineering work meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Strong offshore project experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant discipline).
- Solid background in multi‑discipline engineering coordination.
- Experience managing FEED, detailed design, and EPC project phases.
- Strong knowledge of offshore design standards and project execution workflows.
