Job Description

We're looking for a CREEK HARBOUR Real Estate Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of real estate properties.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis.
• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Prepare and review real estate documents such as contracts, agreements, and leases.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the negotiation and closing process.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and real estate laws.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys.
• Maintain a strong database of prospects and follow up consistently.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate listing platforms (Bitrix, etc.).
