Private Villa MEP Technician/Supervisor

Job Description

AHS, a premier real estate company, is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Private Villa MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technician/Supervisor to join our dedicated maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the proper functioning of all MEP systems within luxury villas, providing technical expertise, and supervising maintenance staff to deliver outstanding service and support to our clients.

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical, AC system, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) maintenance and repair activities within private villas
• Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing Electrical system for villas and residential apartments
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of MEP systems to identify issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for MEP-related problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to residents
• Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities, including logs and reports on MEP systems
• Collaborate with contractors and external service providers for specialized repairs and projects
• Respond to emergency situations promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed
• PPM for HVAC
• Troubleshooting, repairing, installing of new compressor, AC leakage
• Knowledge of DB modification and providing solution for electrical issues
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Diagnose electrical malfunction, power tripping and power outage
• Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing Plumbing system, water tank, pump, sump pit system
• Diagnose leakage and blockage understanding the drainage and water supply system
• PPM for plumbing system
• Knowledge in plumbing system parts and accessories
• Minor carpentry work, painting job, gypsum installation access hatch

• Ver Good Knowledge in Home Automation/ELV Systems operation mentoring, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Proven experience as an MEP Technician or Supervisor, preferably within luxury villas or high-end properties
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Relevant certifications in MEP fields (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) are preferred
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and respond to emergencies as needed
• Valid driver's license
