Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor at GG Link. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, and troubleshooting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and offices being managed by the company.
Qualifications- Supervisory Skills
- Must have good verbal and spoken English skills
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair skills
- Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in real estate or property management industry for maintenance works is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Technical certification in maintenance or related field is preferred
Salary range: AED 2,500 to 3,000/month + travel and calling allowance
Job location: Abu Hail but travel at different branches from time to time
