Project Manager Finance Technology Transformation

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic Finance Technology Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems and treasury operations, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Finance Technology Transformation projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Finance Transformation or Technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Treasury operations, cash management, liquidity management, or treasury systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Finance, ERP, or Treasury platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive change across organizations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

• Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or large corporate treasury environment.
• Exposure to finance system implementations, digital transformation, or treasury transformation programs.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile certifications are a plus.
