We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for a high-profile Aluminum project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of strong, hands-on QA/QC experience, preferably within the aluminum sector.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 810 years of proven QA/QC experience.
• Experience on aluminum smelter is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience on large EPCM, Oil & Gas, or heavy industrial projects is plus.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and procurement teams for timely resolution of quality issues.
• Interface with client representatives, third-party inspectors, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Lead and participate in internal and external audits.
• Maintain detailed documentation and quality records as per project requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on QA/QC procedures and standards.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards in the relevant industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
