Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Officer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Collection Officer will be responsible for debt collection, utilizing analytical skills to assess accounts, providing excellent customer service, effective communication with clients, and managing financial aspects related to collections.

Analytical Skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Knowledge of legal regulations related to debt collection
Strong negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
