Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager with a proven track record in UAE-based system integrator companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by managing key accounts, developing new client relationships, and promoting a wide range of IT solutions and services including infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, AI and managed services.
This role requires strong consultative selling skills, technical understanding of enterprise solutions, and a deep knowledge of the UAE IT market, particularly in government, semi government, and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities across various sectors.
Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Promote and sell IT solutions and services including:
o IT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization)
o Networking (LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN)
o Cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection)
o Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, private cloud)
o ELV & AV systems
o Data & AI
o Managed and professional services
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and solution architects.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline in CRM and provide regular forecasting reports.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by the company.
Maintain excellent client satisfaction and assist in project follow-ups when needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and distributors.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 46 years of proven sales experience working in a UAE-based system integrator or ICT service provider.
Strong network and customer base within the UAE public and private sectors.
Solid understanding of the UAE ICT landscape, government procurement processes, and enterprise IT requirements.
Experience selling mid-to-large scale IT projects and solutions.
Familiarity with working alongside leading vendors (Cisco, HPE, Dell EMC, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
