Hays are currently supporting a leading Prime Brokerage with their search for a Relationship Manager with institutional client coverage to join their team in Dubai.
The Relationship Manager plays a critical role in developing and managing a strong HNW & institutional client base and provide clients with tailored solutions for their investment portfolios.
Key responsibilities:
- Be a trusted manager of your clients financial needs
- Cultivate a strong client portfolio and support the firms growth by acquiring new HNW & Institutional clients.
- Actively define your strategy to develop your clients&apos portfolios using the full breath of the firm&aposs capabilities.
- Achieve individual targets against KPIS, including revenue targets, client base growth (AUM), and account profitability, while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Candidate requirements:
- A seasoned professional with 7-10 years experience in a well established private bank or wealth management firm.
- An established HNW & institutional client base is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies is essential.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Interest and knowledge to explore alternative asset classes such as venture capital, hedge funds, crypto instruments etc. is welcome.
