Job Description
We are looking to hire an Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Rental Disputes team. This includes maintaining case files, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient documentation processes to support the timely resolution of rental dispute cases such as timely eviction/ settlement of cases for our client based in Dubai, a large semi-government organisation.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and issuing Notices of Default (NOD) under the guidance of the Senior Administrator.
- Liaise with external partners (e.g. Dubai courts, Aramex) for NOD attestation and dispatch.
- Support the team in scheduling and publishing judicial notices in newspapers.
- Follow up with Finance to process payments related to legal advertisements.
- Coordinate communication and case logistics between the Rental Dispute Committee and legal entities.
- Attend site visits for unit evacuations alongside security and relevant authorities.
- Assist in investigating tenant defaulters and compiling related case summaries
- Maintain professional relationships with Government authorities like Rental Dispute Committee, Police, DEWA, and Dubai Municipality.
- Support in preparing accurate reports and documentation as requested by supervisors, and assist in preparing and issuing Notices of Default (NOD) under the guidance of the Senior Administrator.
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., Dubai courts, Aramex) for NOD attestation and dispatch.
- Support the team in scheduling and publishing judicial notices in newspapers.
- Follow up with Finance to process payments related to legal advertisements.
- Coordinate communication and case logistics between the Rental Dispute Committee and legal entities.
- Attend site visits for unit evacuations alongside security and relevant authorities.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems for legal cases.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all documentation handled.
- Distribute documents efficiently to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Archive and maintain records of dispatched and received documentation.
- Validate and verify case documents for accuracy before submission.
- Support all document control processes and ensure proper implementation.
- Assist in managing tenant complaints and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Generate periodic documentation reports as needed.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or legal support.
- Sound knowledge of UAE Government rules, regulations and applicable laws.
- Bilingual Language skills (Arabic /English) is preferred.
- A valid UAE Driver&aposs Licence is mandatory.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and in difficult situations and excellent negotiation skills.
- Sound networking skills and good time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator (minimum 2 years preferred).
