Senior Architect BIM Focused

Experience: Minimum 8 years

About the Role:

This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives on creative collaboration, technical rigor, and the ambition to shape forward-thinking architecture across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design across high-profile projects in the region

Develop concept-to-construction BIM models, ensuring design integrity throughout

Coordinate across disciplines, managing internal teams and external consultants

Oversee the integration of BIM workflows into project planning and delivery

Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the studio

Support strategic design thinking, feasibility studies, and client presentations

Maintain an active awareness of local codes, authority requirements, and industry best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in architecture

Proven track record in delivering projects from concept through to completion

Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM management (Autodesk Construction Cloud knowledge a plus)

Experience working in the Middle East or on international projects preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Degree in Architecture from an internationally accredited university

Strong design sensibility with a clear understanding of technical execution
