Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Senior Architect to lead the design, architecture, and strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and integration patterns, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and enterprise alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the architectural blueprint for ServiceNow solutions.
• Establish standards for scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.
• Oversee configuration/customization of modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps).
• Develop reusable patterns for workflows, data models, and integrations.

• Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap in alignment with business needs.
• Evaluate new releases, plan upgrades, and assess platform impact.
• Guide governance, data integrity, and overall platform health.

• Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, AD, Azure).
• Ensure secure and consistent data flow and API use.
• Lead orchestration design, MID server strategies, and automation integrations.

• Work with architects, business leaders, and delivery teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
• Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and technical teams.

• Ensure alignment with internal IT policies and external compliance standards.
• Lead architectural reviews, risk assessments, and impact analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and design.
• Proven track record in large-scale ServiceNow implementations and multi-module expertise.

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect.
• Additional certifications: System Administrator, ITSM/ITOM Specialist.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4, TOGAF, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Experience with Azure/AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of platform security, RBAC, and encryption.

• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor across disciplines.
• Skilled in translating architecture into actionable implementation.
