Job Summary
We are looking for a Solar Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 1 to 2 years of experience in solar or electrical works and must hold a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering as a mandatory requirement.
Requirements- Mandatory: 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in solar projects or electrical supervision
- Basic knowledge of solar systems, installation, and site supervision
- Ability to supervise site activities and coordinate with workers and subcontractors
- Good understanding of safety practices and electrical work standards
- Supervise day-to-day solar installation and electrical works on site
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Report site updates, issues, and progress to management
