Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager – Sales to join our growing team in the HVAC / MEP industry.
In this role, you will build strong client relationships, find new business opportunities, and help drive sales growth across the UAE market. You will work closely with MEP consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.

Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC / MEP market
- Build strong relationships with MEP consultants and contractors
- Achieve sales targets and support company growth
- Conduct daily client visits and sales meetings
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with clients
- Lead and support the sales team when required
- Prepare weekly sales plans and track team activities
- Update CRM and meeting notes on a daily basis
- Respond quickly to client and internal team queries
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new products
- Follow company policies and maintain professional work standards
- 13–15 years of GCC sales experience in HVAC / MEP contracting or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC / MEP products and market trends
- Good network with MEP consultants and contractors in the UAE
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in handling or guiding a sales team is preferred
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Punctual, disciplined, and customer-focused
- Language skills: English is mandatory; Arabic and Hindi are an advantage
