A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field is mandatory. A Master's degree such as an MBA with a specialization in Finance, or a Master's in Accounting, is highly preferred and will be considered a strong differentiator.
Professional certification is required candidates must hold at least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
