Logistics Coordinator

Employment: Full Time

This role is based in UAE-Dubai and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the automotive industry.

• Get customer orders from customers
• In Charge of Purchases and processing shipping on incoming stocks
• Monitoring status of Stock Purchases
• Monitoring performance of Warehouse
• Process sales invoices in the system
• Process shipping orders
• Get updated information regarding changes credit terms and other sales related matters
• Window Person for customers regarding, return of goods, discounts, rebates, marketing support etc
• Make sure all shipments are sent on time
• Coordination with factories regarding delivery schedules and other shipment matters
• Follow-up payments from customers

Requirements:

• ERP experienced is an advantage (SAP/Oracle Netsuite)
• Can join immediately
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing logistics challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving operational excellence.
