Job Summary
One of our Leading Client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (CDCP) to lead and manage engineering activities for large-scale EPC/data center/infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams for project execution.
- Manage engineering schedules, deliverables, and technical coordination.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
- Review technical documents, drawings, and engineering deliverables.
- Support risk management, project planning, and technical decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of engineering management experience in EPC/Data Center/Infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical and project management capabilities.
- Experience handling multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Knowledge of international engineering standards and project execution.
- Middle East project experience preferred.
