Job Description

Job Purpose

Create high value content for Aldars group brand across offline, online and digital media such as calendar based social media posts, video content, etc.

This role is for UAE Nationals Only

• Develop and maintain a steady stream of engaging, brand-aligned content in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team and retainer agenciesensuring alignment with Aldars brand personality and pillars.
• Create diverse content formats including videos, still imagery, and infographics, tailored to the appropriate tone and visual style of the Aldar brand.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfil their marketing support needs across departments and business verticals.
• Proactively collaborate with internal teams to uncover campaign-worthy ideas that elevate and empower the group brand.
• Lead the ideation and development of innovative creative concepts with line manager that position the brand at the forefront of industry standards.
• Ensure continuous updates across all owned media channels, digital screens, and customer touchpoints to maintain brand content freshness and relevance.
• Collaborate closely with retained creative and media agencies to ensure consistency, quality, and overall projects management

Qualification And Experience

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

Min of 4+ years of working experience in Content creation preferably in a marketing agency.

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Proficient in using Adobe suite (Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After -effects)

• Excellent attention to detail and proven creative skills
• Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
• Ability to deliver under pressure and work on multiple tasks

• Bachelors degree in digital marketing, Marketing and Communication or related field
