The OpportunityWe are looking for a Structural Design Engineer (Concrete) to join our Structure Department in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled structural engineer with strong experience in concrete design for high-rise buildings, who is passionate about delivering safe, efficient, and optimized structural solutions in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
What You'll Do- Lead the structural design and analysis of reinforced concrete high-rise buildings
- Prepare, review, and approve structural calculations, drawings, and design reports
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and site teams to ensure design integration
- Resolve complex technical design issues and provide engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ACI, ASCE, etc.)
- Support project delivery through technical coordination and design optimization
- Review consultant and contractor submissions and provide technical feedback
- Contribute to value engineering and design improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Experience in structural design, with strong focus on high-rise concrete buildings
- Strong knowledge of American codes (ACI 318, ASCE 7)
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and Revit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple design tasks
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Work on high-rise landmark projects across Dubai and the region
