Project Director – Luxury Villas & Hospitality | Dubai
We are partnering with a leading real estate developer in Dubai to appoint a highly accomplished Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious portfolio comprising ultra-luxury villas, branded residences, and hospitality assets. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of landmark, design-led developments and shape projects that set new benchmarks in the region's luxury real estate market
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of high-end residential and hospitality developments
- Champion design excellence across master planning, architecture, and interiors
- Manage and interface with international hospitality brands (branded residences, resorts)
- Drive project execution ensuring on-time, on-budget, and best-in-class delivery
- Oversee consultants, contractors, and development partners
- Present to senior leadership and key stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with Dubai authorities and regulatory frameworks
Key Requirements:
Degree in Architecture (preferred)
15–20+ years of experience in real estate development or consultancy
Proven track record delivering:
- Ultra-luxury villas / high-end residential communities
- Branded residences
- 5-star hospitality projects
Strong experience within Dubai / UAE market
Prior exposure to global hospitality operators and luxury brands
A strong blend of design leadership and commercial acumen
