Role Summary:

This role focuses on analyzing digital user behavior, performance metrics, and customer journeys across web, mobile, and app platforms. The goal is to generate insights that improve digital experiences, increase conversion, and support marketing and product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user behavior and digital journeys using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Implement and manage tracking tags and data capture strategies.
  • Support A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, UX, and product teams to improve digital performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
