Specific Position as Structural Supervisor
Job Responsibility- Lead and supervise the structural team to achieve daily targets as per the project schedule.
- Arrange daily job tasks, manage manpower loading, and provide material estimations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and control daily progress and quality of work, ensuring all activities meet QA/QC and engineering standards.
- Guarantee that all site activities follow the correct procedures and strictly adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
- Act as a key point of contact between the Project Management Team (PMT), Engineering, Clients, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
- Generate and provide accurate reports on work progress, resource utilization, and site conditions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in Oil & Gas construction or EPC projects.
- Expert knowledge in Structural work, with a strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proven track record in handling site teams and managing resources effectively under project deadlines.
