Job Description
Job Summary
Managing NourGlobal assigned projects such as planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost control and meeting technical requirements, in a manner that ensures projects are executed successfully within planned resources, schedule, and budget, and achieves the anticipated level of customer satisfaction.
Technical Duties
Proposing plans and programs that strive to develop activities of the PMO.
Gathering the new projects information and understanding all customer requirements and expectations.
Preparing initial project plans based on the work order and arranging the project deadline and milestones with the customer.
Setting Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) for the assigned projects, and monitoring and reporting the performance against these indices.
Reviewing technical drawings to ensure meeting the technical requirements and optimization of project handling.
Coordinating the procurement process of items and tools as per the requirements of the project and according to the approved level of quality, and following up with local loop providers till all links are delivered.
Managing the activities performed within the project in a manner that satisfies the customer technical requirements in coordination with the technical team handling the project.
Supervising the project's team to work within set time frame and allocated resources to
ensure meeting deadlines.
Planning and resource allocating for the project to utilize the resources properly and support the project management process for optimization.
Following up with the technical teams to ensure proper completion of all required tasks.
Managing customer relations through direct interaction and periodic meetings to manage and meet their expectations, as well as replying to their emails and inquires in a timely manner.
Preparing projects progress reports and suggesting corrective and preventive actions, issuing tickets to the technical teams where necessary and following up till the issues is resolved.
Coordinating with other project managers to optimize resources and benefit from any synergies.
Supervising the project documentation process as per the internal procedures to ensure proper project control and follow-up.
Handing over projects completion documents to the Finance & NOC departments upon Project Closure, further uploading them to the System for records
Signing off the project with customer along with acceptance on the Completion of Services.

Job Specifications
Required Educational Level and Certificates- Bachelor's degree in IT/Telecom/Engineering or equivalent.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- A minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar domain.
