Job Description

Banking domain experience is mandatory; Retail Banking preferred - minimum 2–3 years Banking experience required.

Experience: 5–6+ years (working as a Product Owner)

Functional / Techno-Functional role with strong product ownership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving product vision and strategic thinking
• Managing end-to-end product ownership and delivery
• Requirement understanding and stakeholder workshops
• Collaborating with architects and technical teams
• Owning Agile ceremonies and delivery outcomes
• Monitoring product KPIs and customer/business impact
• Supporting user adoption and product rollout
• Performing UAT and validating business expectations
• Candidates should have strong SDLC and Agile understanding.
• Hands-on implementation experience preferred.
• AI/Generative AI exposure is required
• Strong ownership mindset expected; however, project management responsibility is handled by delivery teams.
• Certifications like Product Owner / Scrum Master are optional, not mandatory.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, PowerPoint, or similar tools is preferred but not mandatory.
