We are a growing real estate development company specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and support land acquisition and development opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams to achieve business goals.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
- Support revenue generation and expansion strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, preferably within real estate development.
- Strong network within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
