Key responsibilities:
- Collecting all payroll inputs and attendance reports weekly basis from HR BP's
- Maintaining the master list of all company employees salaries Salary Master Sheet
- Maintaining bank account details of all staff and follow up if staff has not provided bank account details
- Calculating payroll and getting it signed off by the Managing Partner
- Preparing all documentation for WPS transfers.
- Informing finance teams of the amounts to be transferred for payroll into banks or Exchange
- Updating the exchange centers with new employee details and change in bank account of the employees.
- Ensuring all WPS is above 80% as per companies list
- Registering new joiners to WPS by sending the employees details to Exchange
- Providing pay-slip and salary certificates upon requests of employees.
- Providing necessary reports related to payroll, final Settlement status, master list etc.
Essential Requirements:
- Education and at least 2- 3 years of UAE payroll experience
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, General Math Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent in MS-Excel and HRMS
- Able to work well alone and under pressure
- Report-writing & Reporting skills, Data-Handling Skills and maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to details
