Business & App Manager (Product Manager)

The Business & App Manager will lead the full lifecycle of a motorsport app, driving business strategy, feature development, user engagement, and monetization. Acting as a Product Manager with a strong commercial focus, the role ensures the app delivers revenue growth while enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute revenue strategies, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and B2B advertising.

Own product roadmap, feature prioritization, and user experience to maximize engagement and retention.

Lead integration of racing data and analytics into the app, creating personalized insights and coaching tools.

Drive digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention campaigns.

Build partnerships with brands, sponsors, and advertisers to expand reach and revenue.

Leverage data analytics and user feedback to optimize features, pricing models, and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced qualifications in business or digital preferred.

7+ years of experience in digital product management, app-based business models, and revenue strategy.

Proven expertise in monetization strategies, digital marketing, and B2B/B2C revenue models.

Strong understanding of app development, APIs, integrations, and payment systems.

Experience in motorsport, sports academies, edtech, or entertainment sectors is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership, commercial orientation, analytical thinking, creativity, and results focus.

Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Other Requirements:

Excellent English; additional languages beneficial.
