Site Engineer

1. Coordinating with general manager for all the active in with respect to projects execution and updating statue of projects.
2. Studying approved and singed contract documents with respect to our approved quotation and executing the project with respect to contact document. Studying approved drawing before execution of site.
3. Coordinating with project coordinating, production, store, purchase, accounts, design team and Estimator for all the active related to project execution.
4. Coordinating and assign job for foreman on daily basic. Collecting daily site progress status to match with our program for the project.
5. Preparing site invoice for site certification for main contractor on progress of work with respect to contact payment terms and following for payment certificate.
6. Coordinating with main contractor/consultant & Client for material approved (MIR) in document, approval for fixed material (WIR) in document & handover work completion
7. final certificate.
8. Coordinating for labor/ material request/ tools & equipment's required for related project works in advance, as per project schedule.
9. Coordinating with project coordinator for method statement and other documents for site work.
10. Maintaining site records with respects to program and reporting site hindrance to main contractor to project our company with respect to contact terms.
11. Assign sub contactor to projects and coordinating daily with respect to manpower requirement site.
12. Preparing sub-contractor payment certificate as per our certification received from main contractor and following for same with account for the payment.
13. Attending site meeting with main contractor, client and consultant for site progress and site related issues.
14. Coordinating with main contractor, client, and consultant for all technical issues.

Driving License: Mandatory
