Group Compliance Manager (Crypto/Fintech) - Chinese Speaking, Relocate to Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Group Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our global compliance framework across our growing crypto and fintech operations.

This is a senior-level opportunity for a compliance professional with strong cryptocurrency regulatory expertise and proven experience within regulated financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance the group-wide compliance program, policies, and internal controls
• Monitor transaction activities and support AML/KYC investigations and decision-making
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance frameworks remain aligned with evolving global regulations and industry standards
• Support licensing and regulatory application projects across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide compliance guidance to business stakeholders while enabling commercial objectives
• Lead compliance training initiatives and promote a strong compliance culture
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and relevant external stakeholders where required

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in financial services compliance
• At least 2 years of direct cryptocurrency exchange compliance experience
• Experience working within a regulated financial institution environment
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; AML/compliance certifications are advantageous
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• Based in Dubai or open to relocating for an onsite role
