Requirements to Apply :
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a subject relevant to the teaching position (e.g. degree in English for an English teacher).
A teaching license or certification such as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), OCT (Ontario Certified Teacher), US State License etc OR an internationally recognized teaching qualification like PGCE or B.Ed.
At least 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international curriculum (e.g., IB, American, or British).
A proven track record of effective teaching and classroom management.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid police clearance or be able to obtain one before joining.
Ability to provide valid references or experience letters to validate employment history.
Commitment to professional growth through continued learning and training.
Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom.
Demonstrated cross-cultural competence to effectively engage with a diverse student and staff population.
Fluency in English (mandatory), as it is the primary medium of instruction.
For leadership positions, an advanced degree such as a Master’s in Education or Educational Leadership may be required.Teacher training programs
