well-established Abu Dhabi-based holding group with a diverse portfolio of companies across various sectors, including construction, real estate, hospitality, and more are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across the group's dynamic business units.

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles, with a strong focus on construction and technical positions, as well as corporate and support functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a high-quality, timely, and cost-effective recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, across various sectors within the group.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, professional networks, and headhunting.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and talent needs.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in TA and HR
  • Bachelors degree
  • End to End recruitment cycle experience
