Job description
General responsibilities- Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items for the specialty restaurant, ensuring compliance with Rixos standards in quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Continuously works on maintaining the consistency of dishes and takes initiative on improving the quality and range of choices.
- Ability to innovate and create new dishes, as well as customize dishes to meet the preferences and dietary restrictions of guests.
- Supervising, coordinating and participating in the preparation of mise en place cooking for all F&B outlets.
- Mastery in pizza dough preparation, sauce creation, and topping combinations.
- Ability to innovate and develop new pizza ideas, including unique crusts, toppings, and styles.
Qualifications
Skill requirements- Minimum 2 years or more of international experience at 5-star luxury hotels or resorts as a Senior Chef De Partie.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining philosophies and principles.
- Ideal candidate should have outstanding people skills and enjoy interacting with guests. He or she must have an outgoing, energetic, cheerful, and positive personality.
- Creative and capable of developing exciting menu offerings.
- Must have excellent knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Flexible to work around guest demands with an eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize guest needs and always maintain a courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to innovate and develop new pizza ideas, including unique crusts, toppings, and styles.
