Principal Architect – Integration & Automation

My client a leading IT company is looking is seeking a Senior Integration & Automation Architect to support digital transformation initiatives across key enterprise accounts in the UAE.

This is a customer-facing role focused on enterprise integration strategy, API-led architecture, automation, and hybrid cloud solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to design scalable, modern integration environments and support complex transformation programmes.

• Partner with customers to architect scalable integration and automation solutions across enterprise environments.
• Create modern API-led, microservices-based, and event-driven architecture strategies.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to shape complex opportunities from initial discovery to final solution positioning.
• Produce detailed solution documentation including architecture frameworks, technical designs, and implementation blueprints.
• Engage with technology vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate technical presentations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for both customers and internal teams.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in API management, enterprise integration patterns, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong communication, consulting, and solution design capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise integration and automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Integration Suite, API Connect, MQ, and Event Streams.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerized middleware deployments.
• Knowledge of Business Automation Workflow and RPA.
• 9+ years of enterprise IT experience.
• 6+ years in Integration, Middleware, or Automation architecture roles.
