Customer Happiness Consultant

The Customer Happiness Consultant is primarily responsible for accurate data entry and processing of applications related to government services within the Tadbeer center. The role ensures all transactions are completed efficiently, in compliance with UAE regulations, while supporting a smooth and error-free customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process customer data accurately into government portals and internal systems.
• Handle applications related to domestic worker services (new contracts, renewals, cancellations, visa processing, etc.).
• Verify documents for completeness and compliance with UAE government requirements.
• Ensure all transactions are completed within the required timelines and service standards.
• Assist customers by collecting required information and clarifying documentation requirements.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and accuracy of all data handled.
