Job Purpose

This position requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to engage with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and technical execution of wet utilities infrastructure, including potable water systems, wastewater treatment systems, stormwater management systems, and related infrastructure elements.
• Lead the preparation of master plans for large urban developments, ensuring the integration of wet utilities and infrastructure into the overall site design.
• Provide technical support and guidance on infrastructure design, ensuring compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and reports to ensure technical excellence and project success.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, environmental, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution and integration of wet utilities into master plans.
• Oversee and approve project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Ensure that all project deliverables, such as technical reports, specifications, and drawings, are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer, PMP) are a plus.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in infrastructure design, with a focus on wet utilities (water, wastewater, stormwater) and master planning with a reputable design consultancy
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and directing multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale master planning projects, including urban development and infrastructure integration.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop practical solutions.
