Job Description- Manage the flow of leads from CRM into the operation teams
- Follow existing processes and help develop new ones aimed at maximizing database monetization
- Gather, validate and document business requirements for leads
- Identify opportunities to improve lead consumption and conversion
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations
- Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes to the lead mix
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Deliver actionable business insights including analysis of large and complex datasets
- Work closely with Technology team to ensure business processes align with technology solutions
- Participate in some systems analysis design sessions as needed
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience in writing Microsoft SQL queries
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Power BI is a plus
- Python or R knowledge is a plus
