Job Title: Sales & Partnership Associate

Reports To: Head of Partnership

Position Overview

The Sales and Partnership Associate will support government, private related initiatives related to sales and partnerships. While contributing to projects that involve large and medium-sized hospitality groups and other corporate clients, this position provides the opportunity to gain practical experience in partnership strategies, public sector engagement, and campaign execution.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Driving key partnerships from end to end
  • Be the main POC for relationships with partners and other stakeholders
  • Study the impact of the partnerships on the business and P&L
  • Support the ongoing branding efforts by managing relationships with agencies while collaborating with creative & growth teams.
  • Foster innovative ideas to drive growth by working with relevant brands
  • Manage existing portfolio and acquire hospitality brands for the platform to drive trips
  • Present, promote, and sell Hala services to existing and prospective customers using solid pitch arguments.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with finance & operations team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the client's potential, and track sales and status reports.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Engage with other strategic relations government projects like partnerships, collaborations, etc.
  • Contribute to preparing documents, materials for meetings, presentations, and events involving government stakeholders.
Education, Experience & Requirements
  • Emirati National with Family book only
  • To be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong Stakeholder management and expert working with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and Collaborative team player.
  • Genuine interest in new systems technologies, tools, and tech-savvy.
  • Strong organization skills as well as attention to detail and diligence.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel application.
