Junior Accountant

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll be contributing to our financial operations and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

• Assist in daily activities, recordkeeping and/or bookkeeping including invoices, receipts (service and purchase) and Daily Sales Report.
• The primary responsibility should be daily record-keeping and bookkeeping.
• Reconcile accounting discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable under supervision.
• Maintain a general ledger and ensure accuracy of journal entries.
• Make sure all invoices and receipts are recorded and up to date.
• Ensuring data is readily accessible
• Keep track of daily transactions for both receivables and payables.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a junior accountant or relevant role is a plus.
• Excellent organizing abilities and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong numeric skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
