Role Overview
We are looking for Marketing & Communications Interns to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and brand initiatives across multiple channels.
Working closely with the marketing team, you will contribute to content creation, digital campaigns, social media management, event coordination, and market research, helping to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and digital communications within a fast-growing fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in generating insights
- Support content planning and scheduling across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest creative improvements
- Assist in basic content production, including scripting and short-form video creation
- Assist in drafting newsletters, promotional content, and internal communications
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Support the coordination of events, PR activities, and webinars
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Internship allowance: AED 2,000 5,000 per month (Dubai-based candidates, depending on qualifications)
- Hands-on experience in brand communications and digital marketing within a global fintech company
- Exposure to marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Practical experience in content creation, project coordination, social media management, and analytics
- Mentorship from experienced marketing and communications professionals
- Potential opportunity for full-time conversion upon successful completion of the internship
