About The Role
KILONEWTONS is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our retail location in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in retail management with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all store operations including sales, inventory, and staff management
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Train, motivate, and supervise a team of sales associates
Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective stock management
Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve complaints professionally
Analyze sales reports and implement improvement plans
Manage visual merchandising to enhance product presentation
Ensure compliance with all company policies and UAE retail regulations
Control operational costs and minimize losses
Maintain store security and safety standards
Required Skills & Systems
5+ years UAE experience in retail/store management
Proven success in achieving sales targets
Expertise In- Retail POS systems
- Inventory management software
- MS Office (Excel for reporting) Strong knowledge of:
- Visual merchandising principles
- Retail math and KPIs
- Customer relationship management Excellent leadership and communication skills Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
