Job Description

Our client, a reputable multinational consumer electronics company based in Dubai, is currently hiring for two exciting positions within their Legal and Compliance team:

• Paralegal Assistant
• Junior Legal Assistant

Are you an experienced legal professional with a strong background in contract drafting and reviewing Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international corporate environment If so, we have a compelling opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and administrative support to the in-house legal team.
• Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with external counsel for litigation, arbitration, and regulatory filings.
• Manage legal documentation, ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support labor, visa, and corporate documentation in line with UAE laws.
• Prepare internal memos, minutes of meetings, and legal correspondence.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have hands-on experience in contract drafting and reviewing.
• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UAE labor and commercial laws is an advantage.
