Are you a creative marketer with strong experience in lead generation for off-plan real estate projects in Dubai? We're looking for a bilingual (Arabic & English) Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead high-impact campaigns across Dubai and Sharjah.

• Generate high-quality leads for off-plan real estate projects
• Create impactful and engaging content in Arabic and English
• Propose fresh, market-relevant ideas for social media campaigns
• Collaborate with graphic and video teams to review and refine creatives
• Manage and grow company social media accounts
• Schedule and publish posts with strategic timing tailored to the UAE market
• Maintain and update the company website with new listings and project updates
• Optimize SEO performance to boost search engine visibility
• Monitor analytics and adapt strategy to improve engagement and conversions
• Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English – spoken and written (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate marketing (preferably off-plan)
• Proven experience in digital lead generation (Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages)
• Strong content writing and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with SEO and website content management
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, WordPress, Canva, etc.
• Strong coordination skills with creative teams (design/video)
• Organized, proactive, and highly creative
