Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our Pest Control Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating daily schedules for field teams, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and calls in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily pest control service appointments.
  • Follow up with technicians and supervisors regarding service completion and updates.
  • Maintain accurate service schedules, records, and operational reports.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate urgent matters when necessary.
  • Coordinate emergency and urgent call-out requests efficiently.
  • Monitor field team attendance and daily movement.
  • Ensure service reports and updates are submitted on time.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the operations team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or operations coordination is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience in pest control, facility management, or related industries is an advantage.
