Job description
The Executive PA & Head of Relations will serve as a trusted partner and strategic support to the CEO of The Blue Lotus, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and offering high-level executive assistance. Additionally, this role will function as a key representative of the club, maintaining elevated service standards and fostering relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) members and VIP guests.The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and passionate about excellence in both executive support and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsScreen and manage email, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Coordinate internal and external meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and confidential documents
Ensure smooth communication between the CEO and all internal and external stakeholders
Relationship & Member Management
Act as a warm, articulate, and professional point of contact for club members, VIP guests, and partnersSupport the member onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Coordinate member events, private appointments, and high-level engagements
Maintain a strong understanding of each member’s preferences, enhancing personalized service
Operational Excellence
Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretionLiaise with department heads and external vendors to support the CEO’s strategic objectives
Monitor and improve guest/member satisfaction through proactive communication and support
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a senior administrative/client-facing roleFluency in English; additional languages (especially Arabic, French, or Russian) are a plus
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced luxury environment
Confident and poised in interactions with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), dignitaries, and senior stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Personal Attributes:
Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligentNaturally warm and engaging personality with a professional demeanor
Strong sense of initiative and ability to anticipate needs
Commitment to excellence and luxury service standards
Salary: AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
