Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
• Oversee daily operations (FOH & BOH) ensuring consistency in service and quality
• Manage recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff development
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and enhance the dining experience
• Ensure accurate budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and monthly stock audits
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with the head office on SOPs, audits, and long-term planning

Requirements:

• 46 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the UAE
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and customer service excellence
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations is essential
