Job Description

The Role:

Accountant

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations including issuance of tax invoices and receipts, processing payments, preparation of statement of accounts

Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Assist the team in financial audits, VAT and Corporate Tax Filing

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree holder in Accountancy or Finance
• Candidate should have at least (3) three years Real Estate and Construction of experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in using accounting software
• Knowledge in TAS and DLD portal is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
